1 star is too many. Just walked out after having booked an apppintment with Rhea and was made to wait so long that i couldn't stay. According to her she cant be expected to leave her desk and walk the 10 metres away to meet with people she actually has an appointment with. We need to wait in line and shuffle along with people banking with the tellers. No apologies for making me wait just excuses and absolute obsinate, arrogant rudeness. No way would I give this bank my trash let alone my money. I will be formalising a complaint to the bank, Aldi staff next door have shown far greater professionalism.

Absolutely disgusting service. I am an existing customer.. been with them for a year. Have mortgage with them. Went there to ask if I could refinance. Was told go online.. then I asked them what interest rate you offer.. they pretty much dismissed me. They need to get rid of pretty much every one who works there.. can't wait to take my business elsewhere. ...

Was looking to open a joint bank account with my mum, didn't have an appointment and they were closing soon. Wasn't able to do it tomorrow as my mum would be flying soon.The asian lady serving us managed to get us in with Kaur to open a bank account without an appointment.Very appreciative of the customer service and help, it means a lot to us. Very positive experience. Thank you again to the two ladies.

Very bad customer service today when my husband went to deposit money into our account, the name of the woman is Maria, she was very arrogant and rude with my husband, we've been with Westpac since 1991 and we have all our banking there but with people like this lady with very poor customer service make us think to change bank. The branch is SUCCESS 6164.

Terrible customer service, no patience at all, rush to finish the transaction. Especially that old lady Shout at customer and absolutely arrogont. will never come back this branch and don't recommend anyone else to use service here.
