Once again, Jane Soriano has demonstrated excellence in customer service. Jane’s extensive knowledge and experience are always greatly received. She is thorough, patient and proficient with all aspects of personal banking with CBA. I was dismayed to hear that CBA Karratha no longer has an in house mortgage representative. Jane was so professional, astute and appreciated by our local residents for her outstanding service. Thank you Jane!!!

The team at karratha are beyond any words to comment, very professional, accomodative and caring. Every one of them is great.Everyone in Karratha wants to bank with Commonwealthy, you go to other banks its empty and there is a queue. The custom care is not found even in other common bank that I have visited. I dont know how they build this culture and is the second time I have seen this great cuctomer care culture. Very professional, composed and motivated. We wish them the best

After dealing with 2 other 'big 4' banks for my businesses and personal needs, I have had my fair share of frustrations and issues over the years. What a pleasure it was to walk in to a bank and be greeted with not only smiling staff, but to have my questions answered so well by Georgette at the Karratha branch. I'm so grateful for the way in which my questions were handled, that I am actually excited about swapping all of my accounts over and re organising my banking after 7 years in business!
