Not happy at all

Alerted bank of fraudulent activity and funds accessed when I clicked on link from fake sms message, everyone I dealt with was so helpful and supportive went straight into damage control and were so patient helping me navigate the process of reporting a crime, changing security, and kept me updated on what was happening, luckily my funds were returned, the support I received while all this was going on and after it was resolved was outstandingThey really are the better bank.

This is a good little bank because it has an automatic coin counter. I had a couple of tins full of change and they were so heavy that they were bending my floorboards. I rang around trying to find a Bendigo bank in Perth that had a coin counter and was told this little branch in Forrestfield had one. I called to confirm if it was true and they told me it was. I told the lady Great I will load up the trailer and head to her branch". She said "wait how much change do you have?" I ignored her and said bye as I hung up the phone. I really only had a couple of tins full of coins and I emptied them into the coin counting slot. Before I know it there was nearly a grand. I took the receipt printout to the service counter and they put it in my Bendigo bank account.Fantastic no more coins. Five stars for this convenience"
